We are actively looking for a Bentley Digital Design Lead to join our Corporate Transportation Team in our Orlando office. The Bentley Digital Design Lead will serve as Moffatt and Nichol’s principal technical leader for all Bentley-related services, providing strategic direction, oversight, and technical excellence for strategic growth companywide. This role is responsible for advancing digital design delivery, ensuring quality delivery, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams within the M&N environment. Acting as both a strategic advisor and a technical leader, the Bentley Digital Design Lead will train design professionals, outline design standards / protocol, provide oversight, mentorship, and guidance to multidisciplinary teams, while cultivating strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory agencies. The position combines visionary leadership with deep technical expertise to advance the firm’s mission of delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient systems.
