• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but it is not required.
• Background in sales, customer service, or leadership is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Meeting virtually with working families to educate them on their available benefits
• Building relationships and communicating with clients throughout the enrollment process
• Conducting virtual presentations and consultations
• Helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions
• Developing strong communication, presentation, and sales skills
• Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
