About The Position

We are seeking full-time, hardworking, self-disciplined, and positive-thinking individuals to join a fast-paced team of independent benefits specialists. In this role, you will provide product and service information to customers and union workers, and train your own team of representatives to become the top team in New England. We offer entry-level associate and fast-track management positions with merit- and performance-based promotions, providing a clear path to senior and partner roles achievable in 2-3 years for top performers. Top-tier team members will have the opportunity to own an agency. Compensation is uncapped, with weekly bonuses, commission advances, and recruiting bonuses. First-year associates typically earn $65K–$100K, and leaders are trained to reach six-figure incomes within 1-2 years. All compensation is performance-based.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Full-time availability and flexible schedule (evenings/weekends as needed)
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Basic computer skills (email, CRM, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
• Willingness to obtain any required insurance licenses/certifications (company will assist with training)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)
