Responsibilities
- Provide clients with enrollment information and determine qualification eligibility
- Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide timely support
- Coordinate and direct incoming calls appropriately
- Follow up with clients and return calls as needed
- Assist individuals with coverage requests while prioritizing their needs
- Prepare and present personalized plan options based on client situations
- Stay informed on updates by working closely with leadership and training teams
