About The Position

This position is responsible for the reconciliation and administration of all benefit accounts. This includes managing leave requests related to the Family and Medical Leave Act, Workers’ Compensation, and other paid and unpaid leave types. The role also handles all budget-related matters for Human Resources and may be assigned various other tasks associated with employee benefits.

Requirements

  • Experience with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
  • Experience with Workers' Compensation
  • Experience with leave administration (paid and unpaid)
  • Experience with budget management
  • Experience with employee benefits administration

Responsibilities
