About The Position

The Benefits Sales Executive builds relationships with clients, brokers, general agents, partners, and associations, and collaborates with internal Asure employees. This role adds value to Asure by delivering a well-managed, profitable, and growing business. Through relationship excellence, the customer views the Sales Executive as a trusted advisor. The Sales Executive must understand customer needs, take action on customer queries, and be well-versed in the value delivered to customers and the problems they are trying to solve. The role is home-office based with significant regional travel throughout the Northeast US, and candidates should be located near Boston, Chicago, or NYC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher
  • Minimum of 3 years COBRA, FSA & HSA consultative software sales experience
  • Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively
  • Proven relationship building and client service skills
  • Pro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting and other comparable tools
  • Track record of consistent over achievement of assigned sales quota
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US, as we are unable to sponsor or transfer Visas at this time.

Nice To Haves

  • COBRA, FSA, HSA, HRA experience
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of various relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinate client/broker conference calls during the sales process
  • Work with clients/brokers to offer ideas and insights to improve service needs
  • Work closely with Sr. Sales Executive to ensure accurate managing of the client/broker
  • Collect and prepare contract and setup documents for Implementation
  • Participate in bi-weekly team meetings with Benefit Operations Director and Client Services Supervisor to ensure all teams are up to date with changes within the departments
  • Update all sales activity in Salesforce
  • Prepare proposals, pricing for new sales, demos, etc.
  • Increase sales by cross-selling/up-selling
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings
  • Build new broker/association/partner relationships
