About The Position

The Benefits Sales Executive builds a relationship with the clients/brokers/general agents/partners/association and partners with internal Asure employees, adding value to Asure by delivering a well-managed, profitable and growing business. Through relationship excellence, the customer views the Sales Executive as a trusted advisor. The Sales Executives must know their customers’ needs and take serious action regarding the customer’s queries. He or she should be well versed in the value delivered to customers and the problems customers are trying to solve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher
  • Minimum of 3 years COBRA, FSA & HSA consultative software sales experience
  • Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively
  • Proven relationship building and client service skills
  • Pro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting and other comparable tools
  • Track record of consistent over achievement of assigned sales quota
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred COBRA, FSA, HSA, HRA experience
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the various relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinates client/broker conference calls during sales process
  • Work with clients/brokers to offer ideas and insights to improve service needs
  • Work closely with Sr. Sales Executive to ensure accurate managing of the client/broker
  • Collect and prepare contract and setup documents for Implementation
  • Bi-weekly team meetings with Benefit Operations Director and Client Services Supervisor to ensure all teams are up to date with changes within the departments
  • Updating all sales activity in Salesforce
  • Prepare proposals, pricing for new sales, demos, etc.
  • Increase sales by cross-selling/up-selling
  • Weekly sales meetings
  • Build new broker/association/partner relationships
