The role also involves coordinating with partner carrier resources and adhering to confidentiality standards. Occasional long and irregular hours may be required during peak times. Physical requirements include sitting, speaking, hearing, and occasionally standing, walking, bending, crawling, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Conflict resolution, problem-solving, and providing feedback to management are also key aspects of the role.
