About The Position
The Weatherspoon Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a long-term remote career in client support and benefits services. No prior insurance experience is required. The agency provides structured virtual training, mentorship, onboarding support, and step-by-step coaching to help qualified individuals transition into the industry. The role involves working with members and families who request information about available union and association benefits. Team members will meet with clients virtually via Zoom, review options, and assist with enrollment. The onboarding process is designed to simplify licensing, training, technology, and industry learning through virtual mentorship, structured onboarding, live coaching, and ongoing training support.
