About The Position

Our team is currently looking for motivated individuals to join us in a remote client-facing role with a strong focus on professional development, sales, and leadership growth. You’ll work directly with working families, helping them understand the benefits available to them and guiding them through their options. Along the way, you’ll develop skills in communication, presentation, relationship building, and sales. And for those who demonstrate the ability and desire to lead, there is an opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as you grow. This is a sales-focused position, so we’re looking for people who are comfortable having conversations, presenting information, asking questions, and helping clients make decisions.
