Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an asset

- Provide helpful information to members regarding available products and services
- Answer questions related to coverage, benefits, and account details
- Stay informed on current and updated programs, products, and service options
- Review member needs and help identify suitable, cost-effective solutions
- Maintain a professional and supportive experience for every client interaction
