About The Position
Crestview Specialty Care, a 65-bed long-term care skilled nursing community located in West Branch, IA, is now hiring a Part-Time Benefits & Payroll Manager. This role is a vital part of the administrative team, contributing to a compassionate care team across more than 40 skilled nursing communities throughout Iowa. The ideal candidate is dedicated and empathetic, looking to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others during their healthcare journey.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Training/education in record keeping, bookkeeping/accounting, payroll, and general administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer systems
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Nice To Haves
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure pay accuracy.
- Administer employee benefits and provide team member support.
- Ensure compliance with payroll and employment regulations.
- Assist with onboarding, payroll setup, and employee records.
- Prepare reports and assist with labor tracking, audits, and payroll reconciliation.
