This individual contributor role is part of the EOR (Employer of Record) Operations team. As a critical extension of our clients’ HR teams, EOR Ops team members navigate and advise on the intricate paths of global employment with unmatched speed, expertise, and precision in over 90+ countries. On this team, your work directly influences our customer journey and employee experience with their Benefits. As a dynamic and curious professional, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself as an experienced international Benefits Specialist. You will report to our Benefits Operations Manager.
