Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field.
• 10+ years of benefits administration or HR management experience, with 3+ years leading or mentoring others.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Workday a plus.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Uline’s benefits programs, including health, retirement and wellness offerings.
• Partner with leadership and vendors to evaluate plans and keep offerings competitive.
• Own the annual benefits cycle, ensuring an excellent experience from renewals through open enrollment.
• Oversee leave of absence and workers’ compensation programs for consistent, compliant administration.
• Work with our in-house Creative team to simplify complex benefits information into clear, engaging employee communications.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and HRIS teams on accurate, seamless administration.
• Ensure compliance with regulations while supporting reporting, audits and program integrity.
