Remote Benefits Enrollment Representative – No Experience Necessary
About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring a fully remote Benefits Enrollment Representative to help clients explore and enroll in supplemental benefit options. The role is suitable for people interested in service-focused, client-centered work; prior insurance experience is not required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. The position is an independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, rather than hourly or salaried. Earnings are described as weekly and performance-based, with potential income growth through renewals and monthly and quarterly performance bonuses. Qualifying team members may have an equity opportunity. Hours are flexible, and client interest is inbound-only, with no cold calling. Candidates must provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace. Before conducting licensed insurance activities, they must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state requirements at their own expense. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Be self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Be comfortable using virtual tools and participating in video meetings.
- Be self-motivated and coachable.

- Customer service or consultative experience is preferred but not required.
