About The Position

We are seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Benefits Call Center Representative. In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls from new and existing members regarding their benefit plans. This is a fast-paced call center environment where strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma/GED
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems and dual screens
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
  • Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between 8am-830pm EST, Monday- Friday
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries and co-workers.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service and/or call center experience with employer benefits or healthcare field is preferred.
  • Ability to solve problems through analysis and provided feedback

Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist members with questions related to benefit plans
  • Update account information, including direct deposit details
  • Navigate multiple systems while accurately documenting interactions
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
