The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day operational tasks related to administration of US health and welfare benefit plans. Under the direction of the Global Benefits Manager, Health and Welfare, the Benefits Coordinator ensures accurate benefit enrollments, timely processing of qualifying life events, and integrity of benefits data across systems and vendors. The Benefits Coordinator also serves as the first point of contact for employee benefits inquiries.
