The Benefits Coordinator will assist employees, mostly by phone or email, with benefits enrollment and questions, assist with the administration of all benefits (for example: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and 401(k)), along with maintaining employee database and files. The Benefits Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Benefits and will continually provide professional guest service to all employees and vendors.
