About The Position

The Benefits Coordinator Associate provides front-line administrative and patient service support within a clinical practice. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, performing check-in and check-out procedures, verifying insurance eligibility, assisting with authorizations, and managing incoming phone calls. Ensures accurate patient registration and supports efficient clinic operations while delivering service consistent with the UT Health mission, vision, and patient promise.
