You will work from home, connect with prospective clients through warm leads, and conduct virtual needs-based appointments. Requirements

Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills

Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients using company-provided warm leads
Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
Complete needs-based conversations to understand client priorities
Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
Help clients understand coverage, benefits, and available services
Provide timely follow-up and maintain professional client relationships
Keep accurate records of client communication
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team meetings
