About The Position

AO Globe Life is expanding its fully remote team and seeking motivated individuals—both licensed Life & Health agents and those looking to enter the industry. Whether you’re an experienced professional or new to insurance, this role offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career while making a meaningful impact by serving veterans and their families through virtual benefit consultations. No prior affiliation with AO is required. For non-licensed candidates, comprehensive training and guidance toward licensing are provided. This position includes structured support, flexible scheduling, and a consistent flow of pre-qualified, warm leads—no cold calling or prospecting required.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
  • Comfortable using Zoom and digital tools (training provided if needed)
  • Life & Health license (preferred but not required to apply)

Nice To Haves

  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and people skills (virtual or in-person)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and coachable
  • Driven by purpose and helping others—especially veterans and their families

Responsibilities

  • Host scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom
  • Explain supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options clearly and confidently
  • Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing policy support
  • Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance standards
  • Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and leadership development
