Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years or older
  • Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Have previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills and effective communication skills
  • Can navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease (10 plus systems)
  • Can successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
  • Must have strong multitasking abilities
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes quickly
  • Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
  • Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
  • Reside in states where Conduent's compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations. Currently NOT hiring in AK, AZ, CA, CT, CO, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NY, RI, OR, VT, WA, and specific metro areas including Minneapolis - MN, Washington, DC, Denver - CO, Boulder - CO, Edgewater - CO, Flagstaff - AZ.

  • Handle benefits administration functions, including eligibility, enrollments, life events, and benefits-related inquiries
  • Prioritize workloads independently
  • Navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease (10 plus systems)
