Requirements

• HS Diploma plus 1 year Human Resources experience required
• Experience with creating and maintaining spreadsheets, data entry and organizing computer files
• ability to work accurately in a busy environment
• All positions require a valid driver’s license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Experience and/or knowledge of UKG, Benefits, Workers' Compensation, and Medical Leave a plus

Responsibilities

• Introduce benefits to eligible employees and ensure compliance
• Assist with open enrollment requirements, including communication, to ensure compliance
• Report and coordinate all work-related injuries and maintain accurate reporting, including OSHA logs
• Assist in coordinating leaves of absence with employees and managers
• Assist in accommodation meetings with employees and leadership, including light duty- ensure documentation and compliance
• Participate as a member of the safety committee
• Provide assistance and support to the HR department as needed
