This hybrid role requires an in-office presence of three (3) days per week between Tuesday-Thursday in our Chicago Loop office. The Benefits Analyst supports the day-to-day administration of U.S. benefits, leave, new hire, and related people operations processes. This role is primarily focused on U.S. benefits administration and new hire employee support, while also assisting with select global benefits activities as needed. The Benefits Analyst is responsible for completing transactions in Workday and related systems, responding to employee and internal partner inquiries, conducting new hire meetings, supporting vendor administration, maintaining benefits materials, and following established processes to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. This role requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills and comfort handling employee data accurately and confidentially. The ideal candidate is comfortable conducting video-based meetings, communicating directly with employees and internal partners, and working independently with the motivation and follow-through needed to move projects and tasks forward. This role is well suited for an early career HR or people operations professional who is comfortable working within established processes and is eager to learn. The Benefits Analyst is a self-starter who will work closely with more senior team members and is expected to ask questions, seek clarification, and escalate issues when needed.
