This new role within the Accounting team will be responsible for the day-to-day support of benefits, with a focus on leave of absences. The position aims to implement and support programs and processes that attract, motivate, and retain top talent, aligning with FreedomCare's business goals and mission. The team encourages teamwork, communication, creativity, and values employee needs and preferences in Total Rewards programs. Partnering with the Manager of Total Rewards, the Benefits Analyst will support daily benefits and wellness offerings.
