The Benefits Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and a positive employee experience. This includes data analysis, reporting, supporting HRIS system implementations, and resolving benefit-related issues. This role also supports leave of absence management and ADA accommodations. Regular, in-person attendance up to 5 days per week on campus/on site is an essential function of this position. This role requires on-site collaboration with students, faculty, and staff.
