About The Position

As a Benefits Analyst, you will support the day-to-day administration of our benefits programs and help ensure employees have a smooth, informed experience. You’ll sit within the Benefits team and play a key role in maintaining accurate data, resolving issues, and improving how we deliver benefits. Your work directly supports employee well-being and trust in our total rewards offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR role
  • Working knowledge of benefits regulations including HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and PPACA
  • Experience handling sensitive information with care and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear, respectful communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ERISA, Department of Labor, and IRS regulations
  • Experience supporting audits, Form 5500 filings, or summary plan descriptions
  • Background partnering with vendors or managing wellness initiatives
  • Demonstrated process improvement or documentation experience
  • Workday or other HRIS experience
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

  • Administer day-to-day operations for benefit programs including medical, dental, life and disability, HSA, 401(k), pension, and COBRA
  • Maintain employee benefit data by tracking eligibility, enrollment changes, and coverage updates
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee benefit questions and issue resolution
  • Resolve enrollment, claims, and coverage issues and escalate when needed
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities related to benefits
  • Assist with planning and execution of annual open enrollment
  • Prepare data and documentation for audits, reporting, and compliance requirements
  • Support updates to plan documents, policies, procedures, and employee communications
  • Partner with vendors to support health and wellness programs such as biometric screenings and flu shots
