About The Position

TEKsystems is hiring a Benefits Analyst to assist an insurance client based in Erie, Pennsylvania. Our client provides a family-oriented atmosphere consisting of super helpful leadership and a corporate culture that is friendly and open!

Requirements

• 1-2 years of HR administrative experience
• Leave of absence (LOA) experience is required

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end leave administration processes, including intake, documentation, eligibility determination, case tracking, and return-to-work coordination
• Provide timely and accurate information to Employees and Leaders regarding leave eligibility, required documentation, timelines, and job protection provisions
• Coordinate with third-party administrators to monitor claim status and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate leave records in HR systems and files, ensuring data integrity and compliance with confidentiality standards.
• Communicate regularly with Employees on LOA to provide updates, request additional documentation, and implement return-to-work planning
