About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring a Benefits Account Consultant to work remotely with clients reviewing insurance protection options. You will help individuals and families learn about life, supplemental health, and accident coverage while delivering a supportive, professional, and client-centered experience. This position provides warm leads, online training, consistent coaching, and the ability to build a performance-based career with unlimited earning potential.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable using computer systems and virtual meeting tools
- Willingness to learn and apply coaching
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients through company-provided warm leads
- Schedule and lead virtual client appointments
- Identify coverage needs through thoughtful conversations
- Explain insurance products and available benefits
- Help clients make informed decisions
- Provide prompt follow-up and answer client questions
- Maintain accurate client records and communication notes
- Participate in team training, coaching, and development
