About The Position

AO Globe Life is expanding its leadership team and seeking experienced, motivated professionals who are passionate about coaching others, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional client experiences—all within a fully remote environment. If you have a background in leadership, management, operations, customer service, or team development and are looking for a flexible opportunity with long-term growth potential, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll support both clients and team members by conducting virtual consultations, mentoring representatives, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Windows-based computer with webcam
Professional home office environment
Ability to obtain any required state insurance licensing (licensing guidance provided)
Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Responsibilities

Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefit programs
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
Educate clients on available benefit options
Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support
Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communications
Recruit, mentor, and coach new representatives
Lead virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and training calls
Set performance expectations and monitor individual and team progress
Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused culture
Support professional development through ongoing mentorship and leadership coaching
