Part -Time Bender Operator
About The Position
Day and Night Shift positions available with a 15% night shift premium. Responsible for both machine set up and operation of Bending Machine. This role involves changing tooling, computer skills, uploading jobs into machine interface, first piece inspection, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. The operator must be able to read computerized blueprints and drawings, perform precision forming, bending and folding, and use measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, protractor, and tape measure. Basic math skills (addition and subtraction) are required. The ability to bend a variety of metals including galvanized steel, aluminum, and stainless steel is necessary.
Requirements
- Ability to read computerized blueprints and drawings
- Ability to use and read measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, protractor, and tape measure
- Must be able to add and subtract
- At least 1 years’ experience as a Bender/Press Brake Operator
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Must keep a clean and safe working station
- Must be willing to submit and pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

- Experience operating Forklift and Overhead Cranes a plus
