About The Position

We’re a fast-growing MSP and Computer Repair company. Our small business and residential IT, helping people and businesses creates smooth, stress-free home office setups. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want to fix computers — but wants to grow, learn, and earn more by being part of something we’re building from the ground up. In addition to your base pay, you’ll have the ability to earn commission by identifying and bringing in new business — whether it’s a small business client, ongoing support agreement, or referral.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on computer repair/support experience
  • CompTIA A+ Certification (required)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, hardware, and basic networking
  • Natural problem-solver who can think independently
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Motivated, curious, and growth-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and performance issues
  • Remove viruses/malware and optimize systems
  • Set up and support home offices (Wi-Fi, printers, remote work setups)
  • Provide in-shop (bench) work and occasional onsite support
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships
  • Spot opportunities where clients need additional services or support
  • Identify opportunities for new clients or additional services
  • Refer or help close managed services, support plans, or projects
  • Earn commission on new business you help bring in
  • Be rewarded for thinking beyond the bench
