About The Position

Parabit Systems, a well-established and rapidly expanding company in the security and self-service equipment industries is currently seeking Bench Technicians/Electronic Assemblers. The suitable candidate should have some experience with mechanical, electrical assemblies, some soldering experience and should be familiar with basic test equipment. This position focuses on assembling electronic equipment such soldering wires onto switches and integrating the switches into metal housings as well as packaging the finished product. You will also be integrating circuit boards into enclosures, wiring them and final testing the equipment once completed the data must be entered into a data base so basic computer skills are required.

Requirements

Some experience with mechanical, electrical assemblies
Some soldering experience
Familiarity with basic test equipment
Basic computer skills
Strong work ethic
Minimal soldering experience
Basic knowledge of hand tools
Mechanically inclined
Ability to read a wiring diagram
Digital electronics education
Knowledge of electronic test equipment such as DVM's

Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook

Responsibilities

Soldering wires onto switches

Maintaining a safe and organized work area
Documenting and submitting all failures of equipment to engineering QA Department
Maintaining quality control on the production of all equipment assembled
Ensuring all company equipment and tools are in proper working condition
Maintaining manufacturing records of all products
