About The Position

Evaluate and detect malfunctions of small peripherals, printers, scanners and cash counters. This role involves repairing and replacing parts of these devices, testing them to ensure proper working order, and accurately entering repair data into Acumatica.

Requirements

• Troubleshoots same to component level specifications.
• Know how to navigate Windows OS.
• Assemble and disassemble units down to a bare bones level.
• Experience with tools and equipment used for peripheral repair and maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment efficiently and professionally.
• Possesses fine motor skills to work with small parts and grip a variety of hand tools.
• Effectively manages time and meets all deadlines.
• Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Nice To Haves

• Technical certification or degree preferred.
