Requirements

2 years of technician experience in a service/equipment environment.
Diploma in Electronics, Electricity or Mechanical technology.
Skilled in inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing smaller equipment.
Physically fit, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
Ability to thrive in a team environment and help in other areas as needed.

Responsibilities

Receiving, diagnosing, and repairing customer equipment in-house.
Handling and repairing small equipment.
Assembling various components used in the dental industry.
Troubleshooting, aligning, and repairing electrical equipment by following manuals and schematics.
Ensuring customer files are up to date.
Fulfilling parts on repair orders.
Maintaining inventory and procedures according to company guidelines.
Providing excellent customer service to clients.
Collaborating with other service technicians as needed.
