About The Position

This role is responsible for assembling belts according to training and instructions, ensuring adherence to safety and quality procedures, and meeting daily production expectations. The assembler will also maintain a clean and organized workspace, handle materials, and contribute to company goals.

Requirements

Assembled belts as trained and instructed by the Assembly Line Leaders
Handle materials required for each individual work order
Maintain at the least an average pace consistent with the pace of fellow line members
Ability to work overtime as assigned

Responsibilities

Ensures all safety procedures are followed and actively works to improve our safety program.
Ensures all quality procedures are followed and actively works to improve our quality program.
Meets daily production expectations as per production board and documents barriers when applicable.
Follows all procedures & work instructions.
Works to maintain a clean and organized shop ensuring all areas meet our expectations (5S).
Assembles belts as trained and instructed by the Assembly Line Leaders.
Handle materials required for each individual work order.
Maintain at the least an average pace consistent with the pace of fellow line members.
Performs any other tasks required to ensure the Company goals are met as directed by management.
Ability to work overtime as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
