Your responsibilities will include assisting with luggage, offering transportation, and sharing insights about the resort and local attractions.
Requirements
- Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays; ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in customer service and driving different types of vehicles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically greet guests upon arrival, anticipating their needs and responding promptly with a friendly demeanor, no matter the time of day.
- Engage with guests in a personable manner, entertaining and informing them about resort amenities and local attractions.
- Proactively address and resolve guest complaints to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Escort arriving guests to their rooms, providing orientation and historical context about the resort.
- Share personal stories and recommend activities, attractions, and points of interest, offering brochures and maps as needed.
- Coordinate guest transportation needs, including parking and retrieving vehicles.
- Assist with various guest requests and reservations to enhance their overall stay.
