About The Position

As a Bell Attendant/Driver, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a memorable experience from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include assisting with luggage, offering transportation, and sharing insights about the resort and local attractions.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. drivers license is mandatory
• Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays; ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service and driving different types of vehicles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greet guests upon arrival, anticipating their needs and responding promptly with a friendly demeanor, no matter the time of day.
• Engage with guests in a personable manner, entertaining and informing them about resort amenities and local attractions.
• Proactively address and resolve guest complaints to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Escort arriving guests to their rooms, providing orientation and historical context about the resort.
• Share personal stories and recommend activities, attractions, and points of interest, offering brochures and maps as needed.
• Coordinate guest transportation needs, including parking and retrieving vehicles.
• Assist with various guest requests and reservations to enhance their overall stay.
