About The Position

The Bellperson at Hilton San Francisco Union Square welcomes and assists arriving and departing guests, transports and stores luggage, and helps guests become familiar with their rooms and amenities. The role may also operate property vehicles to transport guests to designated destinations and includes maintaining bell carts and work areas in good working order. Responsibilities

• Greet and escort arriving and departing guests.
• Transport guest luggage and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities.
• Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage according to hotel standards and procedures.
• Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations.
• Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order.
