About The Position

As a Hotel Front Service Attendant (Bellperson), you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by assisting our guests with their hotel rooms along with their luggage and personal belongs. By understanding our guest’s unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
  • Maintain a professional, neat, and well‐groomed appearance adhering to company standards
  • Prior relevant experience in guest services

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and hotel staff with a warm smile, engage with them courteously, and provide professional assistance at all times
  • Assist with loading and unloading vehicles
  • Collect, transport, deliver, and store luggage and guest belongings efficiently and with care.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and outgoing personality, demeanor and professional appearance
  • Provide directions and general information about the property and local area
