About The Position

The Workforce Management Supervisor provides motivation and support to the Workforce team to ensure consistent productivity in daily operational tasks. In this role, the Supervisor serves as a key liaison between Specialists and management, facilitating clear communication and alignment across teams. By fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, this position enhances overall performance while promoting a culture of excellence within the team

Requirements

• Problem -solving and critical thinking
• Data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in workforce management tools and systems
• Conflict resolution and adaptability
• Time management and prioritization
• High Scholl Diploma required
• At least two years of prior experience in workforce management or related operational roles

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the Workforce Management Specialists’ skills to improve scheduling solutions while supporting their professional growth
• Work cross-functionally to ensure staffing levels are optimized to support exceptional guest satisfaction
• Utilize empirical data to enhance and develop staffing models
• Explore innovative best practices to optimize staffing utilization in alignment with labor agreement and requirements
• Ensure the Workforce Management team consistently completes daily scheduling operations
