Requirements

  • Two years of relevant marketing management experience; preferably in a casino environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, holidays, and evenings

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of Casino Marketing team by providing leadership and management to Customer Development Team through regular recognition, coaching and feedback to enhance their performance.
  • Partner with Marketing, Advertising and Special Events teams for all VIP Marketing needs.
  • Review and analyze data for trends and opportunities to increase operational efficiencies and enhance guest experience.
  • Respond to guest correspondence and/or guest concerns in a professional and timely manner, achieving positive guest/problem resolution.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures that increase efficiency and promote quality and quantity standards to ensure maximum resort experience for all guests, while maintaining profitability.
  • Maintain an effective training program that enhances technical and service driven curriculum for department.
  • Identify and overcome obstacles, resolve problems and remove roadblocks to enhance the employee and guest experience.
  • Maintain a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, leadership development, mutual respect and employee engagement.
