About The Position

As a Bellperson at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, you will create a welcoming and memorable experience for guests from arrival through departure. You will anticipate guest needs, assist with luggage, escort guests to their rooms, share information about the hotel and local area, and respond promptly to requests throughout their stay. You will also support the Lexus Experience Amazing drive program by providing professional chauffeur service to and from nearby points of interest, while maintaining the care, discretion and hospitality expected of the hotel.

The role is part of the Guest Services team within the Rooms Division and collaborates with Front Office, Concierge and other hotel teams. It reports to the Director of Front Office. The position is based in Dallas, Texas.

Requirements

• Prior hospitality experience, ideally in a guest-facing or similar service environment.
• High school diploma.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record; authorization for a driving record check is required.
• Knowledge of Dallas and the surrounding area.
• Comfort using route navigation applications.
• Clear spoken and written English communication.
• Organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and follow through, remain calm, and use good judgment in a fast-paced guest environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, work indoors and outdoors across seasons, perform varied physical movements, and lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a warm arrival and departure experience while meeting Brand, LQA and Forbes service standards.
• Transport, tag, store and retrieve guest luggage during arrivals, departures and room changes.
• Escort guests to their rooms and introduce hotel facilities, services, room features and relevant safety information.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, scheduled activities, local attractions, transportation and directions as a Lobby ambassador.
• Provide chauffeur service through the Lexus Experience Amazing drive program, maintain required trip documentation, and ensure courtesy vehicles are clean, fueled and in good repair.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, deliveries and concerns while maintaining privacy, confidentiality and professional service.
