About The Position
Big White Ski Resort is seeking a full-time seasonal Bellperson for the Winter 2026/27 season. Located 56 km southeast of Kelowna, BC, Big White offers a unique opportunity to live, work, and explore in a stunning mountain environment. As part of the Bellperson team, you will be responsible for guest assistance, performing light maintenance, and fulfilling guest requests to ensure a memorable alpine experience in a positive, safe, and friendly environment. Requirements

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

Responsibilities
- Complete season start-up and shutdown checklists
- Develop a good understanding of village layout and be able to give directions to all units in rental pool
- Supply the guest with all information that they need to enjoy their stay
- Ensure all luggage is correctly labelled and stored
- Ensure Bellperson room is kept clean, tidy and organized at all times
- Troubleshoot guest issues
- Assist Front Desk as required
- Understand how everything operates in a guest room
- Assist Housekeeping and Laundry
- Cleaning and maintaining of Big White Central Reservations owned areas of the Hotel
- Fulfill tasks in a time sensitive manner
- Follow a daily checklist
- Assist guests with all questions and requests
- Follow all Health & Safety protocols and procedures
- Any other reasonable requests made by a Central Reservations Manager
