About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, maintaining hotel vehicles, running errands, and performing various other duties to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations. The role involves direct guest interaction and requires attention to detail in vehicle maintenance and task completion.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to assist guests with luggage.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to maintain log books.
• Willingness to run errands and perform various tasks.
• Ability to work on a regular basis and comply with attendance rules.

• Experience as a bellperson or van driver.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting arriving and departing guests with their luggage.
• Inspecting, cleaning, and servicing hotel van(s) (e.g., oil, gas).
• Maintaining mileage log books.
• Running errands for the official business of the hotel staff.
• Delivering special request items to hotel guests (e.g., express mail, hair dryers).
• Assisting house persons as needed.
• Picking up trash from the parking lot.
• Complying with attendance rules and being available to work on a regular basis.
• Performing any other job-related duties as assigned.
