At Metterra Hotel on Whyte, we are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Guest Services team. As our Bellperson/Valet, you will provide excellent customer service to our guests by parking and retrieving their vehicles as needed. You will also be greeting guests, unloading luggage, welcoming them to the historical Old Strathcona area, and sharing insights and knowledge of the amazing amenities in the area and hotel. Ultimately, you are entrusted with the safe keeping of our guests’ vehicle during their stay with us, all the while creating the most memorable of experiences. Requirements

• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift items that can weigh up to 75 lbs
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Time management skills
• Ability to work a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Working with our Guest Services team to provide excellent customer service to our guests
• Parking and retrieving guests' vehicles as needed
