About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time opportunities with the chance to start immediately. This role involves cheerfully greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, explaining parking rates, and inspecting vehicles before taking possession. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional appearance, resolve issues, and be an active participant in the team. This position requires being outdoors and active for most of the day, involving standing, walking, and occasionally lifting items up to 50lbs. Additional tasks may include small cleaning or maintenance duties as assigned by local management.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs.
  • Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively and helpfully.
  • Ability to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.

Responsibilities

  • Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
  • Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
  • Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
  • Maintain company uniform appearance, cheerfully greet and thank guests, resolve issues, and be a pleasure to be with.
  • Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
