Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage safely and efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not required.
  • Experience working in a hotel or resort environment.
  • Knowledge of local area attractions and transportation options.
  • Basic proficiency in a second language.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with unloading and transporting luggage to guest rooms.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel services, facilities, and local points of interest.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring they are comfortable and familiar with room features.
  • Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping staff to ensure timely room readiness and guest requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance areas, and bell carts.
  • Assist with arranging transportation and handling special guest requests as needed.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and concerns to enhance their experience.
