The Hoodoo Moab is looking for a Bellman to be a welcoming face of our hotel and help deliver memorable stays for every guest who walks through our doors. Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable with a professional appearance
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage during arrivals and departures
- Provide clear directions, hotel information, and local recommendations
- Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel amenities and features
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and bell area
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
- Support front desk and concierge teams as needed
