Basic Function: We are seeking a service-oriented Bellman/Valet to join our team. In this role, you will provide a seamless arrival and departure experience by assisting guests with luggage transportation and escorting them to their rooms in a professional and friendly manner. Your primary goal is to ensure the safety of guest belongings and deliver top-tier hospitality from the moment they arrive until they depart.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers, and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
- Ability to read, write, add, and subtract U.S. currency, and to comprehend instructions, emails, and memos.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events.
- Flexibility to work special shifts as needed, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends.
- Must have a valid state driver’s license, a current address, and an acceptable driving record.
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (valid documentation required if hired).
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Valet is a plus.
- The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
